My passions are fashion & great vision!  Since 1987, I've enjoyed both aspects of eye care and love helping patients select great eyewear that looks fantasic and provides crystal clear vision.  Come on in and let me help you see and look your best!

I'll be the happy person with the big smile that greets you when you walk through the door at Lakeside Vision!  You and I will work together to quickly get you ready for your visit.  In fact, I asked Dr. Neal to provide the forms online (he did!) so that you can be ready for your exam as soon as you walk in the door.  Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.  I'll always do my best to make sure you have a 5-Star exerperience at Lakeside Vision.

Hi, I'm Kathy and I'm responsible for ensuring all your questions are answered, you're properly educated about your eye exam and we've done everything possible to finalize your visit for the day.  You'll find I'm very outgoing and love collecting feedback about how well we performed for each and every one of your visits.  I love providing 5-Star eye care!

I'm Pat and I love working with patients to ensure they are able to visit our practice to receive 5-Star service and great eye care.  I'm an Appointment Specialist, which means I make sure your visit is on a date and time that ensures you are relaxed and looking forward to your eye exam.  I recently implemented a system that allows me to do this via email or text - in addition to our website and phone.  Those are just some ways I'll provide 5-Star service to you!

Hello, I'm Lisa.  I'm responsible for making certain we do everything possible to help you understand your insurance and how to maximize your insurance benefits.  It's tricky sometimes, and I enjoy describing what your insurance covers and how we can help you utilize it to provide great eye care.  If you have any qustions, don't be shy!  Answering your questions is one way I help provide 5-Star patient service! 

I'm Judy Ann and you'll notice me & my big smile helping Barbara, our Optician, around the practice.  She and I work together to ensure all your optical needs are met and each and every one of our patients leave with a big smile on their face.  Always feel free to visit for any of your optical needs - even if it's just for an "eyeglass tune up" or some extra contact lens solution!

I'm Jessica and I want to be an Optometrist.  I'm a full time student but make time to work here at Lakeside Vision.  I love learning all about the eye care profession and how to best provide 5-Star service to patients.  I'm focusing on helping Barbara in our busy optical.  I love working with patients to process their eyewear or contact lens orders.  If you see a young person with a big smile at Lakeside Vision, be sure to say hi!
